■ 当院は国家資格者による本格派鍼灸治療院です。

ウェルバランス鍼灸治療院は厚生労働大臣が発行する国家資格を持つ者が治療を行う治療院です。当院には実に様々な病状や身体の不調でお困りになっている方々がご来院になられ、多くの方に良くなって頂いている本格派鍼灸治療院です。

■ 鍼灸が初めての方でも安心な優しい治療です。

■ 交通事故（自賠責保険）取扱い。

交通事故によるむち打ち損傷やその他の症状など、人身事故に遭われた方は自己負担無しで鍼灸治療を受けて頂くことが可能です。当院より保険会社に治療費請求ができるよう手続きを致しますので、まずは窓口となる保険会社と連絡先、担当者のお名前等をお知らせ下さい。交通事故による損傷の場合には各患者様による治療法の選択肢を尊重し、後遺症などの可能性も考慮してご自分の回復の為に最も良いと思われる方法でしっかりと治療をしておきたいものです。当院の鍼灸治療は流れ作業で行う医療ではなく、一人一人丁寧に治療をさせて頂いておりますので安心してご相談下さい。 

■ 当院発行の領収証は医療費控除になります。

ウェルバランス鍼灸治療院にて毎回治療後に発行する領収書は国民が健康を維持しながら生活をする為に必要な医療費として使った事が認められる医療費控除の対象です。また当院に通院するための交通費もこの医療費控除に含めることが可能です。この医療費控除の対象となる治療は日本国内で国家資格を持つ者の治療を受けた場合のみが対象となります。現代においては様々な治療院が存在しており、一般の方々には公的な免許を持つ者が営業している治療施設なのかどうか見分けがつきにくいと思いますが、ご自身やご家族の身を守る為にも治療は必ず医療費控除の対象となる領収証を発行できる治療院で受けましょう。

■ 個室の清潔な院内で受診できるので安心です。

ウェルバランス鍼灸治療院の各治療室は個室になっており、プライバシーの面においても安心で、何よりもゆったりとした気分で鍼灸治療を受けて頂くことができます。西洋スタイルの院内は清潔で綺麗に維持しておりますので、多くの女性の方にも気に入って頂き、安心して治療を受けて頂いております。

■ ウェルバランスでは英語でも診療致します。

日本語よりも英語の方が得意な方々には英語で受診して頂けます。当院には東洋医学が自国に無いような国々の方たちも今まで多数治療させていただいてきているインターナショナルな感覚を持つ鍼灸治療院です。日本語がまだ不自由な方々にとっては医療機関を受診するということは日常生活のコミュニケーションよりもさらに難しい事であり、多くの不安も感じると思います。当院で様々なサポートをさせて頂くことが出来ますので是非ご相談下さい。

■ 患者様をお待たせしない予約制にて治療を行っております。

当院ではなるべく患者様をお待たせせずに治療を受けに来て頂きたいという理由から予約制にて診療をさせて頂いております。当院にとりましてもスケジュールを管理することは重要であり、皆様にはマナーを守って当院をご利用頂きますようお願いしております。

■ 夜７時まで受付、会社帰りでも通院が可能です。

なかなか働きながら病気や身体の不調を治療するというのは難しいことです。夜７時までにご連絡を頂ければ対応可能な範囲内で受付をさせて頂いております。ウェルバランス鍼灸治療院は、平日は普段お忙しいという会社員の方でも会社帰りに通院して頂けるので便利です。予約制とも合わせて時間を上手に使っていただけるも当院のメリットです。

■ Health care services are provided by a licensed practitioner. 

National license (autholized by Ministry of Health and Labor) holder provides　acupuncture treatment at this clinic. WellBalance is a kind of special clinic, and treating many difficult diseases and many health problems well.  

■ Accept auto insurance (any kind of injury from car accident).

If you had a fatal accident, auto insurance covers acupuncture treatment to treat your injury. At this time, an agreement from medical doctor is not necessary. WellBalance clinic will be able to organize your account directly to the insurance company. If you have a difficulty to make an arrangement for your insurance coverage, please call us or visit us to set up your insurance coverage.

■ Receipt becomes income tax deduction.

Everytime you receive acupuncture in WellBalance, you will receive a receipt.　The receipts (including your traspotation cost) are applicable to apply for annual income tax deduction as health care expense as same as hospitals and dental clinics. National health care license holders are only able to provide this receipt and please be careful for some other therapy without qualified licences, such as Japanese chiropractic, seitai adjustment and relaxation massage etc. 

■ English health care services are available at WellBalance.

If you have an inconvenience to communicate in Japanese, please don't hesitate to contact by English anytime. Practitioner is holding licenses and degrees in Japan and the United States. It is very difficult to understand medical conditions or express your physical conditions at second language. However, no problem at this clinic.

■ Private and clean treatment rooms are prepared.

You can receive acupuncture in complete western clinic style private treatment rooms in WellBalance. Keeps clean environment and all acupuncture needles are disposable also. This is different compared with other Japanese acupuncture clinics.

■ Painless gentle acupuncture technique. 

If you don't have an experience to receive acupuncture treatment yet, and if you think acupuncture is a painful treatment, WellBalance will be able to change your image for acupuncture. Japanese-style acupuncture is the most gentle acupuncture technique and gives moderate confortable sensation. Acupuncture needles are extremely thin and became thinner because of progress of stainless-steel also. If you afraid to receive acupuncture yet, WellBalance will be a the best place to change your mind.

■ Receiving sessions and new patients by appointment. 

To receive acupuncture, appointment is necessary. This is a better way to reduce waiting time of patients. However, it is very important to manage all patients schedule so that please have a good manner when you make an appointment.

■ Receiving appointments until 7PM and easy to visit after work. 

Many workers have a difficulty to go hospitals on weekdays. Reception is available until 7 o'clock at night and you may be able to visit after work. WellBalance is available on weekends and national holidays also.
